Bathroom with no bath - What would you, as a buyer, think of a house with 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other one (the master bedroom bathroom) with a big walk in shower but no bath? Comments are very appreciate!

Julianne Jeffries, Interior Design In today's market, few people are overly concerned about having tubs. I usually recommend that for a starter home/home with a market for a young family, that one tub be kept if possible, just for ease of bathing children. However, in an apartment, I would not worry about not having a tub. If a family moves in, they are likely used to having a portable child tub if necessary. I think that a larger, more inviting shower is the way to go if you need to make the choice.
