My latest project. I spray painted our old black filing cabinet and turned it into a cute side table!

Looks like this filing cabinet got an overhaul with yellow spray paint. This idea works great for this space, even though the cabinet is not trying to disguise itself as anything.

A metal filing cabinet ? Really, I never thought it could be this cool. We have all had one and thought it was the ugliest gray box. This proves it can be hip, eclectic and original with a bold color and strong fabrics on the furniture to create balance.

Take our metal file cabinet upstairs and think about painting it red and using it in the basement as storage Also the chairs Robin gave me have so much more potential is we recover them with hing better. Maybe they can be covered in something blue or should I paint them white and add stripe frabric and use them down stairs if I can't use them upstairs
