Home built by JMA (Jim Murphy and Associates); designed by Sara Woodfield.

Through careful site planning, this wonderful family home has lawns, gardens, pool and a view. The house and guest house are strategically laid out to maximize views and function. We enjoyed teaming up with the owners and architects to get the optimum results from a reasonable but firm budget. They planned a summer party before we started. Giving us invitations to it a year in advance was clever motivation to meet their deadline. It was a great party!

With a simple archway framing a similarly shaped front door, this entrance is understated, but interesting. Echoing the minimal and powerful architecture of Spanish missions, its clean look is powerful thanks to its lack of ornamentation.
