Woodale Designs - Keith Fennelly The ones in the photo are 840 mm wide bit you could make them up to 1200 mm (24") in width. Hafele, who are world wide make them also and I think Blum may have something similar.
Woodale Designs - Keith Fennelly Sorry but I can answer this one. It is a Travertine tile but I'm not sure after that. I do know that they were sourced in Italy by the importers here in Ireland.
What is the width of the drawer cabinet in the picture. I'm ordering two 30" base drawer cabinet's and wondering if it will work or will it be too small to hold pot's and pan's.....Thank you »
Woodale Designs - Keith Fennelly In my opinion 800 mm (Sorry for my European answer) a good size to start with. Any smaller and things get cramped very quickly. 30" would be fine though.
Woodale Designs - Keith Fennelly I am shocked that you would ask me this!!! We manufacture and design our own kitchens! Doors are Poplar with Farrow and Ball "Stoney Ground" and the island is walnut.
Woodale Designs - Keith Fennelly You can buy the pegs from a company called Hafele. They have offices worldwide and supply almost all kitchen companies.
Woodale Designs - Keith Fennelly Hi Cathy, yes we have used similar handles on fridge doors before. Both fridge types look good in my opinion. I really like the large Fisher Paykel fridges but I'm not sure if you can get them in the States. Some of the American style fridge freezers do have a strong seal on the doors so I get where you're coming from but I think it is safe to use a knob on your integrated fridge doors if you choose to.
cathyredd Thanks again! We've decided we want integrated - but much as I love the knobs I'm just not sure they'll work on the appliances, so now we're thinking bar handles on the fridge & probably dish washer to match the ovens. I'm really hoping the mix and match look will be ok!
Woodale Designs - Keith Fennelly I actually missed your question somehow! Yes as Rebekah said it's walnut. Walnut can go golden over time but it all depends on the amount of natural light that reaches it. Direct sunlight through a window can dramatically change the colour!
A deep drawer is a great way to store dishes for those who want to keep above-counter shelving neat — or to avoid shelving all together. Of course, the problem with attempting to pile dishes neatly into a drawer is that they can slosh around when you open and close the drawer, inviting scratches, chips and even breakage.
2. Drawers, period. Drawers make better use of lower cabinets. If I'm trying to make dinner in a hurry, I don't want to spend 10 minutes on my hands and knees fishing around bottom shelf for the right pot. Drawers mean you can use every inch of your cabinet space effectively. The pegs in these drawers keep dishes from sliding around when opening and closing the drawers.
Big cabinet drawers. Houzzers want to make the most of every square inch of storage space. Big drawers, especially those with dish racks and other inserts, maximize bottom cabinets' storage potential.See items besides dishes stored in these large cabinet drawers
Keep a basic but well-stocked kitchen. Don't break the bank when it comes to stocking fragile items in a rental, but do attempt to keep a simple set of white dishes in stock, along with the essentials for cooking and baking tasks. If you stick to white you will know you can always add matching replacements, even if you can't find the exact same ones again.
If you have the opportunity to remodel your kitchen or are lucky enough to be plannning a new kitchen from scratch, opt for as many base cabinets with drawers instead of doors as possible. Drawers are much easier to access and bring the contents to you, rather than forcing you to bend down and reach into a dark cabinet.
4. Customizable Dish Drawer. Deep drawers can store more than just food items. This handy customizable pegboard allows drawers to store piles of dishes — without them running the risk of toppling over or sliding around.

Drawers . less cabinets with doors are better BC of ease of access thru the use of drawers with pulls. Storing dishes in drawers...or in upper cabinets? Like general idea of using drawers mostly though, for other things
