jnad006 You can achieve this by mixing stain with glaze or by using a glaze tinted with paint, brush on then start wiping off lightly (lint free cloth) or more aggressively depending on dark you want you finish to be. try to leave more product in the creases so they will stand out like on the cupboard doors. If you want it to be really dark then you can sand the corners so the glaze will be absorbed. Tutorials on 'Steven and Chris show" or "All Thing Thrifty" under glazing.
Can this be done on cabinets that already painted white? - My bathroom cabinets are painted white and I want to do something with them...can they be glazed like this on top of the white? »
