B Fein Interior Design You don't mention rug size or budget, so I guess you'd like some input as to pattern? Since you're wallpaper has both a trellis and stripe effect, I'd avoid repeating that movement. I'd go with a grounding solid-effect rug in a lightish gray. You can pull the greenish/khaki color out for woodwork/trim color and pretty white-ish linen window treatments. Maybe even the yellow-cream color from the wallpaper on the ceiling (instead of the more expected white.) Add a white ceiling fixture (or mount the ceiling fixture to a white-painted ceiling medallion.) Pretty!
This wallpaper is, well, let's face it, kinda trippy. It makes my eyes dance, and I like it. It's retro without kitsch, it's a bit of an optical illusion without overwhelming.
An archive design from the 1960’s with a multi coloured geometric pattern. Shown in pale muted colours on a white background.
