This bathroom is on the new top floor. The new roof above features fire rating, 25 year warranty roofing and several new skylights.

Code required Full Seismic Upgrade
Adding on by going up requires a seismic upgrade to the latest code requirements in California.

All new Systems: Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, Heat
All old wiring and plumbing had to be removed and replaced with new. A new gas-fired high-efficiency fan unit serves the whole house. CA Title 24 energy calculations had to be filed with the permit documents.

Rebekah Zaveloff I can recommend a similar color - Benjamin Moore's Baja Dunes, or the one right above it on the color swatch (997,996)
