Bill Fry Construction - Wm. H. Fry Const. Co. This San Francisco Bay Area wine bar sideboard made of vertically matched red birch veneer and "formaldehyde free" NAUF Purebond plywood was crafted in our artisanal custom cabinetry studio. These fine cabinets are of standard depth and are under 12 feet wide (each wine fridge is 24 inches wide). They were designed to fit the space. One of the things that sets us apart as a construction company is that we also have a custom cabinet shop. Whether our clients select cabinetry made in our shop, one of our partner shops, or from a designer showroom, the artisans who install them, also know how to build them.

Bill Fry Construction - Wm. H. Fry Const. Co. I pulled some more information on Sapele flooring for you. The downside of Sapele is that it has a tendency to warp, so careful stacking is required for a good installation. The upside is that it is a very hard wood with a Janka hardness scale of 1510, which over 10% harder than White Oak. According to Country Floors, the sapwood of sapele tends to whitish or pale yellow and is distinct from the heartwood, which ranges in color from a medium to dark reddish or purplish brown. :) Rhoda Fry http://www.billfryconstruction.com
