3 Doors Down Home Staging & Interior Redesign Actually that is an Ikea kitchen Island! It had been in our basement for years. I sanded and stained the butcher block top, changed out the hardware and then spray painted it white. The doors have a laminate on them so you will need to prime them with a special primer that will allow the spray paint to stick. I have to say, it is the perfect height for baby changing! you don't bend over at all and hurt your back! i tired to attach a before pic but it didnt work. good luck!
