rbcola We're planning to build a 600K home. Live in southern IN. I seriously explored raidant floor heating systems; as I've heard good attractive features. BUT.....we're retired (60s/70s!) and the downside may be the risk of getting a return on investment if we decide to sell a 4K sf home under air in the next 5 years. (This is a college town, not highly populated but in a resort area near a lake frequently.) I'm not closing the door at this point - until we break ground I will continue to educate myself on options and houzz.com has been a superb resource for me....I would appreciate your thoughts about both the radiant heat system, and the pros/cons regarding our situation as well as the "high velocity AC system" (i.e., pros/cons compared to other options and the manufacturer of the one selected for this home or recommendations on the manufactuerers/suppliers you've had +/experience with. I'm sorry for being so detailed.......Thank you!!!
