Whole House Remodel
Traditional Kitchen, Columbus
Winner of the National CotY award for Entire House Project Under $250,000
The buyers of this 1992 home wanted to make significant changes prior to moving in. The floor plan did not flow as they preferred and there was a need for additional space. The home was somewhat dated with an overabundant use of wood cabinetry and moldings. They always envisioned having a spacious kitchen with white inset cabinetry. While the new kitchen is certainly a main focal point, additional changes were made to the home by constructing an addition and reconfiguring interior living space. The room addition consists of a large office, walk-in pantry, and a new laundry room. The back of the living room was expanded and a small addition was built in the master suite to improve the layout.
