Jamison Howard This is a 30 yr architectural shingle. On this home we used an ELK Sablewood. GAF also makes one very similar it is called Moire Black.

bepsf Different municipalities have different setback requirements - So while it may be good for a smaller lot where it is here, it may require a much larger lot in a different town.

Jamison Howard This is true. Main house overall width is 54ft and depth is 44ft. The detached garage is 24ft by 24ft. Hope this helps
