Mosby Building Arts Great question!
This Kohler handheld shower head slides up and down the entire vertical length of the bar shown. And it's that flexibility in height that makes it near-perfect for everyone of all abilities.

No threshold at the bathroom entrance or the shower entrance is always a great plus for the wheelchair bound. The hand held shower with multiple storage area at different heights works well with people with disabilities and others. Appears to have enough space to go straight and then backup from the shower faucet area. Wish there was at least one storage area near the seat and the hand held shower was close to the seat.
