Scott Allen Architecture Thank you for your interest and question. This is not a manufactured item. Designed and drawn by my team and me, then built "one-off" by the contractor; steel fabrication, glass infill, bronze elevator door. Scott Allen Architecture

Many luxury homes take advantage of precarious real estate. This home is built on a cliffside. What you're looking at isn't their yard, it is a green roof. The elevator takes you down into the house. Pretty slick!

Perhaps the big idea is to have the house "disappear" from the entry side (this photo), seemingly hiding in a park-like setting so that it can be a celebration of light and transparency from the water's-edge side (previous photo).
