Monique Jacqueline Design The depth of this counter-top is 24", which is standard kitchen depth. The height was adjusted to accommodate my client's existing washer and dryer units. Measure your washer and dryer, add an inch to the height for circulation purposes and that should work. I do suggest removing the units from pedestals, if they are currently are on them. I hope this helps, but with the new units, the counter-topt height can no longer be considered standard. Also, I have been doing my upper cabinets 21" deep instead of 12 - 15". This allows you to be able to reach in them when you have deeper depth units.

The flooring is slate. This is a natural product. The colorway was Multi. Each showroom or stone yard will probably have a different name. Print and take photo with you to show them the color that you like. This flooring was also sealed with an enhancer.
Should you want pricing from my vendor, please let me know. I would need the square footage needed and your zip code for shipping costs.
Cheers!

hhase Thanks! I need to keep the sink and add a toilet. I was thinking put washer &dryer on far wall, and keep sink on left and toilet on right with a pocket entrance door...or would you keep sink and toilet both on one side with w/d on rear wall? Thanks for your input!
Monique Jacqueline Design I would have a smaller sink, maybe even a pedestal. You need to keep in mind your code restraints when laying this out. as well. I do not think that you want to have a toilet visible in the laundry room. You would probably want to have a toilet closet, I am thinking. I would have the sink out with the washer and dryer, it is nice being able to spot and do some light handwashing in a sink nearby. We could easily draw this out a couple of ways to determine the best use of space. Also, keep in mind, that you can not encroach the washer and dryer space too much, you need to be able to use them comfortably.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Cheers!
