Monique Jacqueline Design Hello!
The newel posts are clear alder, the treads, risers & flooring are a pre-finished hickory.

We were talking about this staircase as a model with the square metal balusters, a "craftsman" newell (post at the ends), knee wall (wall under the railing) and wood handrail.
