sunshine coast is a great place to live much like where you are except hotter and more sunshine days about 330 or so a year, good surf as well. boating is ok better down towards brisbane

im yet to upload a couple of bigger projects, i like to leave them for 6-12 months before photos so that the gardens etc are in and the furniture has been re arranged a few times, so its become a home.

let me know if your coming over this way again anytime i can show you some cool stuff thats been built here,
