The circular theme in this dining room is brilliant and every inch of this space is used for something glamourous. The chimney, the wall coverings and the amazing (and over the top, but still amazing) floating spheres give the dining area a touch of drama.
"I love the way these fixtures lighten up the room - literally and figuratively. Their airiness, along with the glass table, neatly balance the substantial chairs and the circular echo on the wall paper ties the whole look together." (kitpollard)
"Circular motifs have a very '60s feel. The shape of these bubbly crystal fixtures is repeated on the wall treatment." (audreypillow)
"awesome! Perfect for a retro modern
townhouse or apartment. I love retro so
this is really 'my bag baby!'" (melmo72)
Dinner under these ethereal pendants would be fun. While the room as a whole is a little neutral-beige and heavy for my taste (I'd love to see some cleaner walls and brighter, lighter colors), the lights are amazing. I love that they're not opaque - they feel like real bubbles.

Circular motifs have a very '60s feel. The shape of these bubbly crystal fixtures is repeated on the wall treatment. The muted palette and refined dining set are what makes such a bold, geometric repetition of pattern work.
What about adding some hanging art from the ceiling above your dining room table? I think these are actually lights here but they would work just as well as an interesting part of the room even if they were just art pieces that didn't light up.
Like the bauble lights above the dining -- given the indeterminate length of an extendable table, this style helps to light the space rather than just the table
