Bren Designs, LLC I do custom window treatments in Georgia and can recreate this look. If you are not in Georgia; however, you would have to send me the exact measurements along with a template of the arch in your window.
Love the window! - What kind of window is that? Is it a casement with a transom at the top? double hung? Do the outside windows open or is it all just stationary? »
How do you make the curtain? - The curtain looks so nice. I want to make one for my kitchen, but I don't konw it is simple to sew or complex. Love to know it. Thank you. »
Window and Fabric Works Being a fabricator of customer window treatments, my experience would say this treatment is mounted on an arched board or some other sub-structure. There is a slim possibility it's an arched rod.
marthasiny THANK you so much for responding!! Funny how it does not look yellow on the website, but it does have yellow undertones in your kitchen? So hard to see on the computer, but from what I can tell it has more yellow pigment in kitchen shot than BM page: http://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-color/opaline - I am assuming you didn't add any other color or glaze to the cabinet?
marthasiny Can you provide any information about the tile backsplash please? The border and field tile complement everything so beautifully! Thank you.
Arched Roman ShadeThe perfect solution for an arched window is an arched Roman shade. The internal mechanics (rings) are inset far from the edges to create "tails" for high visual interest on the sides.Style tip: Coordinate the fabric for the kitchen window treatment with the colors and design of your backsplash. It's a great way to create design cohesion.
If you love to cook, then you'll need ready access to herbs, and a sunny kitchen window ledge is the perfect spot for a splash of green.
