URocks are created to be a beautiful, one of a kind, usable art to bring beauty and enjoyment to your life. URocks are hand-made locally and take between 40 to 60 days to become the beautiful, unique art as displayed. URocks range in shape, size and texture. They are rectangular, circular and square and range in size from 7 ½” W to 15 ½” W and weigh between 12 to 30 pounds depending on the design. They are all 5 1/2 to 6" H.
While many artists are inspired by things in nature, family or a natural talent I was inspired by a movie. When I watched the movie Ghost, many years ago, I determined at some point in my life I wanted to work with earthen based materials like pottery to create beautiful unique art with my hands. My art background and years of experience aren’t as long or colorful as other artists may be however my passion for what I create is as deep and rich. My journey as an artist has been as beautiful and unique and enjoyable experience for me as I wish my URocks will be for you!
