If this tiny curved staircase isn't full of stories, I don't know what is - tight spots are perfect places to stack high with memories. I love the jumbled combination of color and photos and accessories. There's so much life in this corner it's nearly overflowing.

This has a special quality and a certain warmth that gives you a sense of the owner's life. It has great colors and textures. Brick flooring, rich woods and a mix of forms give this space a lot of character.

Pillows don't always have to serve a functional purpose. They can also be decoration. I would love to see the pillow that's on the chair here moved to one of the stairs as a decor piece amidst the other items on display there. You could also frame great pillows in shadowboxes and hang them on the wall.
