The design of the rose doesn't have to be as obvious as the examples that we've seen before. Rosettes are a highly popular design that date all the way back to ancient Greece. These ones are decorative rosettes that hang on the wall. The shape and the pale yellow color are feminine but not excessively so.

Two of my least favorite hues in the entire galaxy are beige and yellow. Instead of banging my head against a brick wall to escape being blinded by the beige, I kinda liked the dull-ish duo together here. The happy yellow lets the sunshine in on an otherwise not-really-doing-much-to-earn-its-keep beige backdrop. I like this so much that I will consider it "beige-tastic".

Every time I think I've seen it all when it comes to inexpensive wall art, someone has another surprise for me. These plaster ceiling medallions, painted pale lemon, have the same collective impact as a display of dishware or mirrors.

A muted yellow would work well with the rest of the walls which are already taupe...then can get beige furniture with accent pieces that will match a lot of things.
