What is that tall grass looking plant? - ...in the planter immediately to the right of the french doors on the left side of the picture?
I'm trying to cover up the bottom half of the entire front facade of my house (currently a 1970's era rock wall), and I think that might work if I build a modern planter in front of it to the height of that wall where the house numbers are spelled out. Thanks!
And btw, this looks incredible. »
Love your house! When to hire an architect? - So right now I have my eyes are bigger than my stomach syndrome - my want to do list is WAY too much for my budget. That being said I'm hoping to start my kitchen remodel in March (2013). New floors, cabinets, countertops, remove a load bearing wall. When should I actually hire an architect?
Thanks in advance! »
