Crisp Architects Thanks for your interest, the flooring is mahogany. As far as maintenance goes, I would recommend you sweep dirt and debris from your mahogany flooring on a regular basis. Rinse it with a garden hose when sweeping is not enough. It is also wise to clean it at least once a year with a deck cleaner according to the manufacturer's instructions. A sealant or water repellent would also be good to use on it once a year.

Crisp Architects I do not recall, however, Benjamin Moore west coast 1671 is a similar color.
