Chair - Hello Is this chair by chance a swivel upholstered wingback? Would you recall where it was purchased? Thank you in advance.

This is a Slipcovered Wingback. chair. It does not swivel and was originally purchased from an antiques shop.

It is called an Apothecary ( or Pharmacy) Floor Lamp in an Antique Brass finish. It is great for reading in the living room.

I believe you can find one similar to this lamp at Restoration Hardware. I have had this one for awhile. Sometimes Circa lighting has them.

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Fred Albert added this to See Your Home in a Whole New Light
For reading, the light source should be located beside the person. A three-way bulb that tops out at 150 watts is ideal. If that’s not possible, look for a fixture that will accommodate a 100-watt bulb or two 60-watt bulbs. The bottom of the shade should be at eye level to prevent glare.
