a room with a view - the family room
The family room features a stained concrete floor with radiant heat, a stone fireplace / media center and a wall of windows to look out onto the park that abuts the property. The chimney is made of copper and kept outside the space so we could have as many windows as possible.

Millroi Construction Services this looks like an Acid Etched (stained) concrete floor with a high wax finish. These are typically a big gamble for a homeowner to tackle by themselves, but a local concrete contractor could give you a quote on it. Try www.concretenetwork.com to find a contractor in your area.
