Interesting enclosed central courtyard area that I would turn into a hot tub or pool instead. If I make it a huge hot tub, then I would still want a large pool in the back.

I really love the covered patio leading to the patio. What if we did a circle in the middle and a small open courtyard but with a large covered patio all the way around. Could make each home feel more private but also open.
