Lincoln Street, Wayland traditional-living-room

Lincoln Street, Wayland

The living room has spectacular views of the surrounding hills. The views are accentuated by pulling back the floor, 4' away from the glass wall. A glass railing ensures clear views from all aspects of the room. Natural wood trim and molding male a connection to the woods beyond. The glass is designed to withstand 100 mph winds blasting up for the hills and is triple glazed for maximum insulating capability. The rustic stone fireplace and natural wood mantle add to the cozy rustic quality of the room.

The color is a Benjamin Moore off white. I'm not exactly sure what it's called because we usually custom mix our colors. BTW, the ceiling is the same color. Trade secret!! Good luck with your renovation project.
