Monique Jacqueline Design It is always hard to tell from photos because of lighting and the varibles on our screen output. But as cherry ages, it tends to get these undertones. :)
This indoor bridge is illuminated by a glass-block skylight that follows the exterior walls. With indoor bridges, it is often the case that what lies at the end is of some importance, such as the master bedroom, so the special journey is appropriate. A bathroom at the end of this hallway, for example, wouldn't make much sense.
This bridge sits below a long skylight that brings light to the path and the larger space. The glass block helps make the bridge and the movement across the space special.
Long hallways and open airways under tall ceilings can be tough to decorate. A simple and colorful mobile could provide just the right delicate and colorful touch to the space.
