Attic Conversion to Bedroom

This whole-house renovation was featured on the 2008 Austin NARI Tour of Remodeled Homes. The attic space was converted into a bedroom with closet space and bath, cooled by a minisplit system. An eyebrow window was cut into the roofline to allow more daylight into the space, as well as adding a nice visual element to the facade.

CG&S Design-Build Unfortunately we cannot ascertain this—it's been too long since the project completion and I cannot find any mention of this detail in our finish schedule.

CG&S Design-Build I'm sorry we could not find this particular color in our records. It's been quite awhile since this one was completed! We will always try in future to provide colors when possible.
