Sarlat Properties the counter top where the water faucet is located to the window lege - it's shortest smallest back splash area.

Cameo Kitchens, Inc. The island is about 5' x 6'. The room is about 17' x 17 1/2' if you measure from the right end of the desk area back.

Cameo Kitchens, Inc. It comes down to a matter of preference, but consider where you would like to put in your cabinets. Cabinets with glass doors usually hold more decorative items, so you might not want to put them, say, near the dishwasher where it might be more convenient to put plates. Play around with the design and see how it looks with different combinations. If you're bringing the cabinets to the ceiling, double panel doors could work-- it can be difficult to get to and utilize the space up there, so it's convenient for decoratives.

Cameo Kitchens, Inc. I'm sorry, we don't give out or sell our plans. They are created for each customer's home individually. What I can tell you is that the island is approximately 5' x 6', and we've tagged the island's cabinets and turned posts.
