I love the grey with the pink and my bedroom is similar with the crown molding in the middle of the wall and at the ceiling however, if I dont want to use the fuscia for my ceiling, would it be better to have a white ceiling or paint the ceiling either pink or grey?

In my mind, pink and red and gray should not work together at all. Pink and gray or pink and red, sure, but not all three. This room, though, with its careful blocks, has made me reconsider.
Today's plantation shutters come in many different styles and louver sizes. The most popular louver size where I live is 2 1/2 inch as shown in this family room.
The shutters depicted here in this room appear to have the larger 3 1/2 inch louver style. What size louver you choose is really a personal decision. The 2 1/2 inch louver is more traditional and is a great choice for average size rooms with normal ceiling heights. If you have huge rooms with soaring ceilings, the 3 1/2 inch louver may be a better fit.
Bands of fuchsia, pewter and bubblegum pink appear extra-crisp and clean against white moldings. Geometric accents, from the side table to the pendant lamp and wall art, energize the space.
