This Home built circa 1736 had great bones but needed some modern functionality added by way of a new layout & upgraded amenities. The family of five that occupy this home, loved it’s charming qualities and didn’t want to lose that by over renovating.
Originally segregated into multiple rooms this kitchen lacked function and lighting. Opening up the layout and restoring the exposed beams both structurally and aesthetically helped to maintain the home’ s original structure & period charm. Reorienting the kitchen helped to maximize the amount of natural light that now floods the space.
Thorson Restoration & Construction The rug was purchased at Pottery Barn 4 years ago, the client doesn't think it's available through them anymore however, hope this is helpful!

then use tolomeo parete wall brackets along masonry wall?
maybe pendant for an island later, finally some in cupboard stick on leds? or plinth lights
