This new single family residence is located on a secluded parcel that connects to a ravine of Lake Michigan. The floor plan is a series of individual buildings, linked by glass hallways, surrounding a private terrace and pool area. Natural materials such as cedar boards, local limestone and standing seam metal roof panels form the envelope. The interiors are all filled with natural light.

This may feel too modern as is but the shape (rectangular) is interesting for the Great Room.
