SGH Designs inc. Make certain it is all framed in wood first and then sheetrock or masonite is clad over it, The shelves should be all wood . This will insure not only a good paintable surface but also support a sufficient amount of weight. Note: the stone figure on the center bottom shelf is 75 pounds.
Thank you for the color! ARE there any paint colors that would mimic this that I can buy in the US? PLEASE send me a recommendation. I love this color. How do you think it would look on the trim and ceilings too? Small living room. Want it to be rich and warm. Should I go one shade lighter on ceiling? Antiques etc. »
SGH Designs inc. It is available in the US. Look on line for dealers near you. We get it from Rings end hardware in South Salem NY . They have 10 stores in Ct
Go a few shades lighter on the ceiling and trim, I wanted the contrast on the ceiling and trim in our setting.
Can you PLEASE tell me what the color of the walls is?? Also, what would be a good ceiling color to do with it that would make for a small warm living room. What would be a good coordinating light color and trim to do with coordinating rooms? »
efernandez Oh my goodness you are the lady I needed! Thank you so much! I am in need of some serious color help. Can I email you with specific questions? I see you are in DC. Thank you!

I like the sofa decorative pillow...I need 4 like it! It's a solid background with a flower design in the middle. It's on the Northern Westchester Estate page by Stephen Huberman. Please let me know how I can obtain these pillows, or else I may make them myself! I really think they would compliment the sofa and loveseat we have. Thank you, Kathi »
Grey in a room doesn't have to mean that it's museum-like in nature, though. In fact, a great grey piece of furniture can really bring together an otherwise eclectic room. The table here serves that purpose.
This gray occupies an intriguing space right between cool and warm. It's an interesting color, but neutral enough to provide a perfect backdrop for a diverse collection like this one.
2. Eclectic Chic. This is a broad design category and a favorite of mine because it's so flexible - it's not that tough to be eclectic (though it is tough to edit yourself so "eclectic" doesn't turn into "hoarder.")
What would you call this cowhide piece? It's somewhere between a bench and a mini-daybed. Take note of that wonderful upholstery job, from the base to the bolsters.
A good way to design a room for someone that did not want the traditional style that the fireplace dictates. Look how lovely it is. It looks like it was designed especially for the homeowner, with just a bit of whimsey created by the hide on the bench. By the way, the area rug is just perfect...
