SGH Designs inc. Make certain it is all framed in wood first and then sheetrock or masonite is clad over it, The shelves should be all wood . This will insure not only a good paintable surface but also support a sufficient amount of weight. Note: the stone figure on the center bottom shelf is 75 pounds.

SGH Designs inc. It is available in the US. Look on line for dealers near you. We get it from Rings end hardware in South Salem NY . They have 10 stores in Ct
Go a few shades lighter on the ceiling and trim, I wanted the contrast on the ceiling and trim in our setting.

A good way to design a room for someone that did not want the traditional style that the fireplace dictates. Look how lovely it is. It looks like it was designed especially for the homeowner, with just a bit of whimsey created by the hide on the bench. By the way, the area rug is just perfect...
