Seattle-based prefab builder Method Homes has constructed a Professional Builder’s 2012 GreenZone display house for U.S. Green Building Council’s annual Greenbuild exposition. Greenbuild is the world’s largest convention on sustainability dedicated to green building. This year’s event takes place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco from November 14–16, 2012 and is open to both conference attendees and the public.

On display outside San Francisco's Moscone Center, the Paradigm represents much of what the U.S. Green Building Council's Greenbuild event stands for: bringing together technology and sustainability.
I wish we could all see the "desireability" of smaller over larger, simply for larger's sake. I think "keeping up with the Jones's" should be who has the most sustainable features in their home. Want to spend more? Install more solar panels, etc.

The renewable and recycled materials of the "Paradigm" building, its rainwater collection, its solar panels, and its graywater reuse system represents much of what the U.S. Green Building Council stands for: bringing together technology and sustainability... not to mention beauty
