Magnolia Gardens is a new modern residence designed by Rhodes Architecture Light for a site in this northwest Seattle neighborhood. Almost what I have in mind. The design is very nice as it accentuates the garage like it were a separate entity from the house. The right side is the livable space separated by a small courtyard. I also like the small porch on the left wall of the 2nd floor right above the garage but this should not extend to the facade glass windows as it does here.
