Way to combined the 1 unfinished builtin with the Fireplace. Replace the small slab on the floor in front of the FP with a larger one that connects to the built in.
too cool and modern but entertaining the idea of asymetry and shelving. we could extend the tile work into the bump out add a bench and do the same finish in the other bump out. darn those bump outs.
