What size is this shower? - We are planning a huge shower with multiple sprayers and rain heads, benches, etc. Our bathroom is 9'5" X 16. We are thinking the shower will be 9'5" x 5' on one wall like you have here. Can you have too big of a shower in this size bathroom? »

ddemichele It is pretty lame that companies resort to Houzz to try and drum up business. The whole point of the site is for people to get ideas and collaborate on designs. If your idea of collaboration is getting my phone number and contact information... pfffft.

That is a soaking tub and I do not recall the vendor without pulling the project archive.
If you are not working with a designer, we would also be glad to provide you with a consulation if that would be valuable. We want your space to reflect it’s own beauty, and your style. http://pulpdesignstudios.com/client-questionnaire/

That was a custom piece of millwork. I don't recall the species without pulling the project out of archive.

Color is in essence, reflections of light and one’s surroundings. As a result, the color you see in our clients space would certainly translate differently into your own. Unfortunately, we do not share project-related details of this sort both for your benefit and the benefit of our clients. Our clients have invested in the uniqueness of their space and have entrusted us with the privilege of celebrating the finished product photographically without compromising their confidentiality by disclosing specific details.
If you are not working with a designer, play with paint samples on various walls in your space to see if you get the effect you want. We would also be glad to provide you with a consulation if that would be valuable. We want your space to reflect it’s own beauty, and your style. http://pulpdesignstudios.com/client-questionnaire/

Here, marble tiles line the floor of a contemporary bath.
Patterson says there are three questions you should ask yourself when selecting marble. You may find that what some consider a "con," such as the natural patina that develops on marble over time, is actually a "pro" for you.
Bring light down towards the face. When you have limited light sources, the key is to make sure the light you do have is placed in the absolutely correct spot.
In this case, two bright sconces are placed at about eye level. This casts light directly at the face from the sides rather than from above, which is much more flattering to everyone.
