This pot filler niche behind my stove gave me a perfect chance to show off the drains versatility. The drain allows us to get an ice cold glass of water and flush the lines before filling the pasta pot.
I use it every morning filling the coffee pot.
I needed to fur the face of the drain body out a 1/4" to achieve this look and did so with some 1/4" flat bar stainless stock we polished up.
The bullnose was raised above this flat bar and drain base to create a slight dam to hold back the water that gets caught on the flat surfaces of the drain.

Where did you install the 6 mini lights to hoghlight the shelf? Your project looks great! Hope »
John Whipple - By Any Design ltd. Thank You. This I built for my wife here in North Vancouver. I installed the led's on the sides and they are about 3/4" back from the face of the black marble. The shelf was set solely with whit thinset. It looks amazing at night - in hind sight I should have gone with the coloured version on the lights...
John Whipple - By Any Design ltd. The lights are installed 3 per side and installed before the tile backer board. The glass went in and the tile holds the glass in place.
Best,
