TanCalGal Not sure if you are re-doing a kitchen or want to update what you have. If you are re-doing, white and stained are both popular. Here are some Google links for painting old cabinets. If they were my cabinets, I'd live with the oak. Cheryl D & Company Painted cabinetry is always in style. Golden oak is very 80's, which builders loved.
