Lewis Aquatech The cabana was about $150k due to the slate roof and the bathroom which is behind the wall. Best of luck

Like the size, the position of the doors on the side, the fullest one half wall is cool. I would use cedar posts - possible post and beam. Would put a big screen in with counter and table ,possible drink bar for the kids
