Niki Papadopoulos Actually I have, and I have reviewed their website. I wouldn't have posted if I hadn't done some looking into it. It seems that they have a varying array of images regarding work they have done. Some professional photos-like I suspect these are, and some they have probably taken on their own or with a more traditional style of photography.
In my experience vendors sometimes rely on their designers or architects for photos of work once it's been completed, this could be an example of that. I wouldn't consider this particular image to be a clear representation of their work but they do have other images, both on Houzz and on their company website. Some of which cannot be mistaken for renderings.
7. Beware scope creep. A sure way to bust your budget is the dreaded "While we're it we might as well ... " You may justify it by saying "it'll only be a few hundred dollars," but once you do that a few times, you'll have added a bunch of work and will definitely blow your budget. Remember that you made a plan and remain determined to stick to it.
