These reclaimed, hand hewn beams were installed in a crossing design, providing a slight impression of a coffered ceiling. The owner supplied the chandelier crafted from actual, not replicated, re-covered elk antlers.
Antique Building Materials, Inc. I sell hand hewn beams we have salvaged from antique structures, primarily large barns in the NE. Hand hewn beams are typically square in shape, such as 8" x 8" (most commono size i find) and I have had them as large as 12" x 14" and 30'+ long.
Please let me know if I can be of other assistance.

Dear Tara,
Yes mam, I have or can easily acquire most any size and amount of antique beams and other related materials that exists. I reside in Alabama, but all of my materials are sourced from Missouri to Philadelphia, Pa. and southward.
Your beams would ship directly from NE Ohio, via a close Amish friend and colleague. I compete on a national scale and understand my pricing compares favorably. But of much greater importance is I ONLY ship the finest materials. Via LTL shipping (less than load), we should be able to find favorable shipping pricing
Thank you for inquiring and I look forward to hearing from you,
Fletcher
I will gladly provide you references for some of my long distance clients, none of whom even viewed a sample before ordering. Frankly, I just sell the quality materials I would want to buy.
If you are interested, please submit your list of beams and related sizes so I can work up a proposal. If you would like any design assistance to select for proper scale, quantities, etc ., please tell me about the style of the home, height from the base boards to he top plate, as well as room dimension.
michigammemom You may purchase faux and real antler chandeliers from retailers like Cabela's. This company carries deer, moose and elk antler chandeliers at reasonable prices.

Antique Building Materials, Inc. Victoria,
Contact Drew Parker, owner of Argent Antiques in Birmingham, Alabama at (205) 871-4221 work; (205) 533-0260; drew@argentantiques.com. They have an antler chandelier he brought back from Europe. Drew is a VERY reputable and honest business man.
A more traditional chandelier made from actual elk antlers is the perfect complement to the reclaimed wood beams. Both the antler chandelier and the beams create a nice contrast with the contemporary windows.
