Kevin Gray Interiors Inc I agree the columns look like they are made of stone...They could be new or they could be reclaimed...or they could be an incredibly real looking specialist paint finish!! My sense is they are stone...your options could be to source from a stone supplier, or to source reclaimed columns from an architectural salvage company. For good architectural salvage I use Uniquities www.uniquities.ca Yes the floors are flagstone...looks like some sort of slate flagstone with wood accents

zekez2 I would try reclaimed columns first if you like a historic look and one of a kind items in your home. I would use the Internet to find the closest source for these. If you work with a builder, they should be able to locate stone columns.
