dsma I would like to have a happy and bright dining room. I painted the walls neutral yellow and i have dark would furniture. I want the dining room to feel casual and happy. This is the darkest room in my house. I had cranberry walls before and it was too dark for me and my husband now because the eyes start to go over 50. I have my own taste,but I like contemporary things , old and new things. I mix them all when i decorate.
I have a passion to decorate. I think this to me would work well. I have to try it. Thanks for the info. I do appreciate it.

feeny I think the curtains are adorable, and would definitely work in a less formal, maybe slightly retro dining room. They remind me a little bit of vintage 1940's floral and fruit prints, which I've always loved but never quite have a place for.
