Amanda S. Reilly Interior Design Those look like Top Knobs pulls to me. It's a newer series in their line that resembles Rocky Mountain hardware.

At the transition wall between the kitchen and dining room, I would love to do a bench seat on the dining room wall side facing the back yard and could even have the top portion of this (or something similar) on the wall. Not sure if I will do a peninsula at the transition or an island with more central kitchen placement.
