The enclosures de-materialize so as to open the interior rooms to the evergreen scenery of the golf course in front of the house and materialize when intimacy is needed for private rooms.
These views onto the golf course conditioned the project and opened the façade's angle so that from the sitting room, kitchen and dining room of the house the views are always an added value.
Since it is a weekend house, functional and simple floors were projected, with integrated rooms, free from formal partition walls and without idle spaces.
The ground floor was devised as a large loft that includes the sitting room, the dining room, the kitchen and the bar, without any other separation than that proposed by the inherent functions of each sector.
The correct location of the windows makes it possible to capitalize, not just the good views but the best lighting and ventilation. Adding value to the project, the pergola that forms the rear gallery used as a space to eat outdoors, close to the barbecue, was made of metal structure and translucent polycarbonate, with tensors fixed to the wall.
The upper floor completes the layout with two suites and a terrace.
