The shower is directly across from the tub on the opposite wall, so the tub does not get wet.

Custom Home Planning Center When I do wet rooms I use a ceiling supply and a free standing tub with no overflow for the best soaks. This allows you to add the tub at any time if it doesn't fit your initial budget.
