Becky Harris This is an Astrid Chair from Anthropologie. I don't think they make it in this particular fabric any more (it's no longer on their site), but it was VERY popular a few years back. I would google "Astrid Chair" and try to find a used one on eBay or other similar sites. They do make the same style chair in two different fabrics today.
